It was exciting to learn about the significant roles trust and perceived sacrifice play in AI enabled services. Trust has a positive impact on customer experience while perceived sacrifice can lead to a negative customer experience.
When it comes to personalization, the more personalized the service, the more trust customers have on the brand.
Similarly, a strong personalization means that there is a strong relationship commitment. This means the customer is more likely to purchase or use the AI-enabled service again.
By utilizing human and AI cooperation, businesses can bring out the best customer experience.
I wonder about what AI tools are used to bring a personalized experience to the user and how they impact business customer experience strategies.
I had challenges finding credible articles that would describe the relationship between AI and customer experience. When I finally found a credible research article, I felt overwhelmed by all the information. But after identifying and understanding the essential points in the research, I learned to break down lots of information into small bytes of knowledge.
I was successful in learning how AI can generate the best customer experience. Next week I would like to learn more about AI’s efficiency, reliability, and security implications in improving customer experience.
