I have finally settled out what I am going to present as my final product for ISM. It's going to be an AI-CX guide that can help businesses elevate their customer satisfaction and experience. I can't wait to present this to my audience in my presentation!
I also came across a Customer Satisfaction chatbot that presents a visual demonstration of this key performance indicator. I duplicated this process to create chatbots for other Key performance indicators like the Customer Effort Score and Net Promoter Score.
In my final product journey, I have embraced many hills and valleys but at the end cherished what I have learnt and applied that knowledge to help businesses deliver ‘state of the art’ customer experiences or continue with AI.
Through the creation of my product, I learned a lot about AI and KPIs. This helped me understand the fundamentals of AI and business. By navigating through this challenging journey, I was able to improve upon my research skills, time management, and deepen my curiosity in technology. ISM has set the foundation for me to continue researching and pursue my intellectual passions.
It's truly remarkable to reflect on my journey since the start of school in August, and to recognize the significant growth I've experienced both in my understanding of AI and in my personal development. My experience in ISM has really shaped what I might consider pursuing the future, whether that is CS or AI or something else!
