Exploring design, AI, and more!

This week has been an exhilarating journey of creativity and productivity. It was fun to creatively design my final product invitation and classroom program flyers this week. I immersed myself in selecting the perfect background image, color palette, text font, and structure. I also made it through 15 hours of making my final product! 

After countless revisions and adjustments, I put the finishing touches on my flyers, and it feels great, shedding some light in the world of design. Additionally, I got to take a picture with my mentor.

Furthermore, I have learned a lot about how chatbots function and how to make them conversational. This has led me to understand the profound impact chatbots can create when embedded in a product. I have learned that chatbots are one of the most primary ways of elevating customer experience. 

I hope to start preparing my final presentation. I am looking forward to improving my existing chatbot or adding new research articles to prove how AI enhances Customer Experience. 

I am very excited about the Final Presentation Night coming up, as I get the opportunity to showcase my research and reflect on the journey that has led me to where I am today. I am grateful for the experiences and lessons learned along the way, and I look forward to sharing my story with others.
