This week I got insights into the marketing lens of AI and how it revolutionizes the way businesses can meet customer demands. It's fascinating to see how much AI can do starting from analyzing customer data to providing human-like conversations.
In addition to this, I learned about the Customer Relationship Management Lifecycle and the cruciality of data mining processes and techniques. The lifecycle consists of attracting and retaining profitable customers, differentiating customers based on preferences, personalizing solutions, and providing support and any transactions. I also explored the variety of techniques and applications in business and marketing. Techniques include segmentation, association, response modeling, deviation detection, and churn detection. Respective applications are target marketing, cross selling, predicting customer behavior, profitability analysis, building loyalty and retention strategies. When all these tools are used with AI, they can enable customer loyalty and drive business growth.
I hope to learn more about human-AI cooperation and how AI is impacting marketing.
At present, I am working on my original work, which is going to be a digital framework that connects AI and CX from a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standpoint. This is something new, as it builds off of previous publications and existing models that depict the relationship between data mining and CX.
