This week was exciting, as I finally got the opportunity to work on my original work. I gathered what I learned from various sources from publications to articles to company blogs in order to maximize what my original work would look like. In addition, I started working on the original work set up and completion document. It is wonderful to see all the knowledge I have incrementally gained in the past few weeks. Not only that, I can finally answer the question "how AI can impact and drive great customer satisfaction", which has been my guiding question from the beginning of my research. It has also set the foundation for my final product, which I will be doing with my mentor next semester.

I also interviewed Siddhartha Sharma, the Head of Engineering at Electronics Arts. He provided me with valuable insights into AI and customer satisfaction. I am thankful for his time and information.

I learned to work resiliently on my original work and not give up. With constant dedication and hardwork, I was able to accomplish what I had set out to do in my research.

I hope to make final touches on my original work and present meaningful information that individuals and organizations can use to enhance their customer experience.
