Mentorship + Presentation combined = success

This week was all about presenting my original work and working on my product proposal. 

My ISM original work has helped me reflect upon where I want to go next. That is the power of AI in customer experience, elevating key performance indicator scores. 

I have started reading through AI-CX articles to expand my overall knowledge and get ready to present my findings and topic at the Gallery Walk coming up on February 7th. 

My presentation board is still not set up, but I hope to plan out how I would like to present my information in a way that is creative and organized for the audience. 

I am excited to continue my mentorship process and might ask about how to set up my board or if there is anything else I need to research. 

It's all about refining my product proposal and after gaining some clarity over what my final product will look like, I am excited to begin my journey. 

Hopefully I will find use cases in which the Key Performance Indicator statistics have tremendously increased as AI has been incorporated into their organization’s product or service. 

I am looking forward to answering questions at the Gallery Walk and providing value to my Frisco High School community.
