Let’s shake hands

The Business Symposium provided me with a great opportunity to meet new students and interact with professionals.

I learned about the various backgrounds of students and professionals and also received advice from ISM 2 students about research and managing social media.

I am eager to know more about analyzing a case study on how AI can help business customer experience.

The symposium exposed me to a lot of socializing aspects that I would have never gained if I hadn’t attended.

Some challenges I faced were getting used to the Symposium environment, however quickly I was able to start making conversations and getting to know more peers and their interests.

I was successful in my interviews with the professionals. I gained knowledge about their occupation along with roles and responsibilities. I met students with various research interests; in addition, it was exciting to get to know some students who had similar interests as mine.

I would like to focus my professional growth in learning more about what metrics and data I would like to gather from a company. In addition, I want to continue to gain insight into AI and customer experience trends and start reaching out to professionals whether it is through a call or an interview.
