It was exhausting but completely worth it 😀

The day to showcase my project! 

I was thrilled by others´ projects and gained a new perspective over how my board could look like. I loved explaining my project to all that came by. 

The research showcase gave me a few takeaways. These include consistently explaining my project with energy and enthusiasm. Keep a water bottle at all times!

This time, I might provide some business cards, so people could possibly connect with me if they are interested.

I learned that some people can ask some great questions and it's always good to be prepared but sometimes it's fine to build off existing knowledge and maybe even say I don't know, rather than giving an answer I am unsure of. 

I hope to make my final product even better by providing a technical implementation of customer experience, so people can see the direct impact with ethical AI integration. 

Furthermore, I am excited by the possibilities that I have yet to discover in the realm of AI and CX and discuss my ideas with my mentor. 

I would like to find ways to also establish credibility with frameworks so that small or medium sized businesses can really use my frameworks to increase their customer value. Perhaps I can turn my final product into something accessible such as a laminated poster or make it digitally available on the internet. 

When it comes to technical implementation, I realized that I might need to explore all the types of cx tools and which one I can best implement within the time frame.
