I explored how AI can influence marketing and sales.
As AI has revolutionized other fields, it has made strides in marketing. AI’s machine learning models can predict what promotions customers should receive, what ads or preferences customers want, and essentially what value they will gain.
By using AI, it is important to ensure data transparency between customers and marketers, so customers can build trust with the product or service, which will result in an increased key performance indicator scores. When one increases like the Customer Satisfaction Score, the other ones tend to follow the same pattern.
This week I had my first mentor visit with Dr. Savitha Namuduri. It was great having an in person interaction and it was really a great visit to. We discussed a few product ideas and finalized that I would like to expand up on Key Performance Indicator research and its relationship with AI. Essentially, I would like to expand my knowledge into use cases in companies and how AI significantly improved their customer experience and scores.
I am excited to start working on the display board, which will be displayed in the Gallery Walk at Frisco High School and later research showcase at UNT.
