Build trust, retain trust, and innovate

This week, I learned about how AI can be used to build customer trust and loyalty and fuel product development.


Making AI user friendly increases customer satisfaction and provides useful insights on what companies should refine. In addition, it is also important to ensure customers are aware of what data is being collected from them and how it is being used.


Furthermore, AI is an essential key to unleashing the next wave of building products. Specifically, Generative AI can help companies improve on points of failure, analyze large amounts of data, predict customer trends, and make better decisions.


After reading, I wonder about what the negative impacts of using AI are and how Generative AI will affect company sustainability.


Some challenges I faced in my learning were understanding the differences between fine tuning and prompt tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) as well as data testing terminology.


I was successful in learning about how AI can enhance business goals.


Next week, I would like to focus possibly on AI’s disadvantages or different types of AI. Professionally, I want to focus on conceptualizing all the information I have learned about AI.


I am curious to learn more about computer vision, deep learning, and more about AI models.
